Damaged Items

Our products are carefully packaged to avoid damage during shipping. If an item arrives damaged, defined as defective or physically broken, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Email support@shoplevit8.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess the situation and determine eligibility for a replacement at no additional cost. Note that we do not offer refunds or replacements for normal wear and tear, misuse, or minor shipping damages like dented boxes that do not affect the product itself.
